We left the Sage standing because the Black Cap Chickadee’s like the seeds left on the stalks. These small sweet birds enjoy jumping around, eating and chasing each other. They always fly and live in groups. A happy life I am sure…’Camera Obscura’ Series

There is a harsh winter in many parts of the Northern Hemisphere. To my viewers who are cold, cold, cold, the only thing I could think of is to video the fire in my insert. Somehow maybe it can help? Stay safe!

Using my small circular lens on my Camera Obscura has allowed me to capture a vignette that speaks of  19th century imagery. Sort of like a way back machine. I like the effect and I hope you do too…’Camera Obscura’ Series

A landscape, a Seascape? Whatever the eye see's the mind and heart begin to have a relationship. The outcome is individualistic, but in truth it is all the same!…”Landscape” Series

Thought I would have a bit of fun putting together a collage of myself. It is amazing how we all look a bit different over time. Not to much time difference here, a few years, but what really counts is that the person inside of yourself stays true to yourself. Have a sweet day

One Beach, Two Directions…”On The Beach” Series

This painting by Bruegel is called “Hunters In The Snow” painted in 1565. For those of you that know  Bruegel’s work you understand how wonderfully he captures the daily lives of people who lived 460 years ago. Bruegel, for me, creates  an atmosphere reflecting the life lived those many years ago. A photograph of the distant past.
